Transformation / The Birth of Jesus Christ

The miracle of Jesus’s birth is best termed a ‘mystery’ – what the spoken word cannot fully describe; thus, it is ideally suited to a musical expression. Victoria’s mass based on his own setting of the motet O Magnum Mysterium is interspersed with diverse arrangements from the Renaissance to the present day, notably by Judith Bingham and a new version by Carter Datz.

Venue Amenities

There is a good amount of parking with handicapped accessibility to the sanctuary. There are restrooms. However, the restrooms are not wheelchair/handicapped accessible. They are downstairs from the sanctuary, and it is a very old building without an elevator. There are pews with no padding inside the sanctuary, so bring your seat cushions!
