Linda Ryder
Executive Director 

Linda Ryder graduated from Hendrix College in Conway, Arkansas, in June of 1977 with a B.A. in Business and Economics.  She became a Certified Public Accountant in Missouri in 1984.  Her work experience includes (1) Community Federal Savings & Loan from 1977 to 1979, (2) Anders, Minkler & Diehl (a large regional CPA firm) from 1979 to 1983, and (3) Drysdale & Associates (a small CPA partnership) from 1983 to 1987 (Partner from 1985 to 1987).

Linda’s choral experience includes Hendrix College Choir and Madrigals from 1973 to 1977, the St. Louis Symphony Chorus from 1979 to 1985, Christ Church Cathedral Choir from 1986 to 1990, and St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Choir from 1983 to date.  With a background in choral music and accounting she was asked to serve on the Board of the St. Louis Chamber Chorus.  Linda served as Treasurer of the Chamber Chorus for 3 years, from 1994 to 1997, and was hired as Executive Director in June of 1997.  Although the job description states that the Executive Director is a part-time employee, Linda has been working almost full-time to increase the subscription and donation base of the Chamber Chorus and to publicize its activities.
